About Us

A hundred years ago, a humble family traveled from Virginia all the way to the great state of Washington. They purchased a plot of land, and through hard work and dedication, they turned it into a successful farm. The very same family is maintaining and working the land, even after all these years.

These days, our land is serving the purpose of growing hazelnuts. Every year we plant more hazelnut trees, and every year our crops grow stronger and healthier. We take pride in every nut we grow, and take all measures needed to ensure freshness, quality, and taste.

What Are Hazelnuts?

Hazelnuts, also known as filberts, are wonderful little nuts and have plenty of health benefits. Great protein, plenty of fiber, and they're scrumptious to boot!

Sweeter than a walnut, crunchier than a cashew, and healthier than a peanut, the hazelnut brings a lot to the table.

Roasted hazelnuts are delicious, and are even better covered in chocolate. Blend them into a butter that's easily spread on bread for a great breakfast. Or, grind them up and top your desserts!

The hazelnut plant is a tree that wants to be a bush. Left by itself, it develops into a cute little plant, suitable for home gardens. Trimmed and maintained, they can grow into big trees, producing countless nuts.
